2.  Create your personalized itinerary based on your interests in floorplan styles, community locations, schools, employment and recreation, thereby minimizing your drive time and time looking for directions

3.  Provide set meeting times to ensure you have the undivided attention you deserve when visiting our model home. Many builders focus on their “hours of operation."  Not Vantage, we focus on your hours of operation.  If you want to visit our communities first thing in the morning, but aren’t able to grab that cup of coffee or breakfast on the way, lets us know—well arrange for coffee and a breakfast snack.  Visiting on your lunch hour?  No problem, just mention  to your virtual concierge and we’ll have something special waiting for you when you arrive.

4.  Arrange for extra staff and/or fun activities for the kids if you’re unable to find child care during your appointment.

5.  Arrange to provide transportation from site to site and back again when you have scheduled appointments at two or more of our model homes.

6.  Send reminders of your appointment via email, US mail and by telephone.
