Vantage Warranty
Introducing the New Vantage 1-2-5 Warranty! Vantage Homes is committed to standing behind their work and putting it in writing. The basics of the Vantage New Home Warranty includes:
- One Year Limited Warranty: Workmanship and materials
- Two Year Limited Warranty: Plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical systems
- Five Year Limited Structural Warranty on structural defects
The Vantage New Home Warranty is also transferable. A homeowner may assign the
New Home Warranty to subsequent owners of the residence for the remaining terms of the Limited Warranty.
All sales contracts written on or after October 15th, 2006 are covered by the Vantage extended warranty as described above. Please review your Vantage Limited Warranty Agreement for specific terms and effective dates.
